Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

We understand the value of your time and comfort in making purchases and have therefore developed a liberal cancellation, return and refund policy.

Cancellation by site / Customer

A customer can cancel/alter the order anytime up to the time order is dispatched. Once the order is dispatched and the customer wishes to cancel, it is completely upto All Things Organic's disposal to do so. If a return shipment is done or any refund is to be made, it will only be done with the customer being charged the shipping fee. For orders relating to fresh items, customer can cancel/alter order anytime up to 2 pm before the scheduled delivery day (Refer to Shipping and Delivery Policy). For orders cancelled before the cut-off time, we shall refund any payments already made by the customer for the order as credit to their AllThingsOrgnanic account.

If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.

In case of an urgent requirement of alteration, please contact our customer support team immediately and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Return & Refunds

For products shipped by us we will gladly accept the return of packages within seven (07) days from the receipt of the product. Shipping charges shall be bourne by you. We are happy to initiate a return provided the products are returned unused, with the original tag, in the same condition as you have received it, in its original box and packaging. Please note on account of hygiene reasons some products are not eligible for returns. They include but are not limited to Bath & body, Baby & Kids etc. For fresh food items, you can return whatever you want to “no questions asked” at the time of delivery*and the necessary adjustment will be made to your order accordingly. We will take the returned product back with us and issue a credit note for the value of the return products which will be credited to your account on the site. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills.

*Please note that all fresh produce once delivered cannot be returned.

Refunds will be initiated through the same online mode within 7 working days.

For products shipped directly by the seller we are unable to process returns unless the items are found to have manufacturing defect or damage. Kindly email us at customercare@allthingsorganic.co.in and we shall try and work out the best possible solution. All products that are directly shipped by the seller will be indicated on the product detail (product description) page.
